Buddhism

Although Buddhism is an ancient religion that first appeared in the East, the practices taught by Buddha are timeless and universally applicable. These days many people are finding the wisdom and compassion of Buddha's teachings extremely beneficial in dealing with the problems of everyday life. Buddha explained that all happiness and unhappiness arises from the mind-if our mind is not peaceful, then even if we have ideal conditions, we find we are not happy. The medicine of Buddhist meditation helps us to reduce stress and anxiety, to develop peaceful and positive attitudes such as compassion, tolerance, and wisdom and eventually to establish a permanent source of peace and joy in our heart.
